The whole team from the receptionist to all the nursing staff, staff nurses, sister and operating staff I can only say exceptional good things in this regard. All so professional from Anna my care assistant, who was lovely, to Jackie the staff nurse and Dr Pampiglione and Dr Dodds, highly professional and caring with great patient handling. A big thank you to the whole team at The Nuffield. Thank you Fiona King

I was in the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth for three nights, after an operation, and the day staff were wonderful. My concerns, which I have already reported to he Hospital, were about the night staff. Nights were long, lonely and I was made to feel a nuisance if I called for the nurse on duty. My bedroom door was shut at 10pm and it was made clear to me that the nurse did not want to be called. Of course, I have absolutely no complaints about the surgeon who carried out my operation, or as I said before, any of the day team.
