Sent to minor injuries and the staff were very helpful and professional. Got seen very quickly and was advised at every stage of my treatment

Staff were good and polite.
Lack of information given during the appointment. Wasn't advised when the scan would start or informed it was finished. Radiologist didn't give any instructions ie lie still. No communication during the scan
Neither nurse introduced herself - radiologist was introduced to me by the nurse.
Suggested improvements
Difficult finding the right building - no signs for CT until you get to the department - really stressful.
Nurse/HCA very loudly complaining to the receptionist in not appropriate language while we were in the waiting room. Whole waiting room looking at each other awkwardly.
