Sent to minor injuries and the staff were very helpful and professional. Got seen very quickly and was advised at every stage of my treatment
Staff were good and polite.
Lack of information given during the appointment. Wasn't advised when the scan would start or informed it was finished. Radiologist didn't give any instructions ie lie still. No communication during the scan
Neither nurse introduced herself - radiologist was introduced to me by the nurse.
The whole experience was efficient, quick, given the complexity of requirements, and all conducted with a pleasant dialogue.
To acknowledge good service from the physiotherapist
Took my son to Minor injuries after he sustained a football injury. Amazing service. He was promptly seen and sent for an xray. Thank you.
Praise, and thanks to the Dermatology Registrar who saw me recently. Thanks for the letter. He clearly understood the situation. I hope the Pso [Psoriasis Association] newsletter was passed on after he had looked at it.
Caring and efficient treatment in comfortable, clean surroundings.
All staff are welcoming and put you at ease
