Because from the moment I arrived. I was made welcome, treated well kindness and respect by the technician, nurses, and consultant. A very positive experience.

Why are there no vending machines?? Time after time we have been sitting here for hours, cafe shut. Surrounded by crying children in waiting hungry and thirsty.

Mum (93) was directed out of scan room via other door! Lost me (son) who was accompanying her. Found her 20 minutes later.
