Dreadful company. Completely let me down by not providing the equipment I needed. Failed to answer the phone for 3 days running on hold for over an hour each time. Fo not respond to emails.
Had to go to A&E 3 times over 1 weekend as they failed to supply my order or provide information. The hospital and GP both disgusted at how this company behaves.
Led to serious infection and permanent damage.
A total disgrace.
DO NOT TRUST this company if you rely on medical products they will let you down

Very impressed with the nurse and all her help over the past 4 months, nothing has been to much and is always only a text away. If I have ever had a worry or a problem it’s sorted pretty much straight away or I’m given the correct advice I need to help me along the way. Very please with the service

The service from Karen Totty the Stomer nurse has been excellent.
Suggested improvements
I would have appreciated the hole on the Stomer bag to have been cut to size on my first order. However I am hopeful that the second order will be as required.
