Dreadful company. Completely let me down by not providing the equipment I needed. Failed to answer the phone for 3 days running on hold for over an hour each time. Fo not respond to emails. Had to go to A&E 3 times over 1 weekend as they failed to supply my order or provide information. The hospital and GP both disgusted at how this company behaves. Led to serious infection and permanent damage. A total disgrace. DO NOT TRUST this company if you rely on medical products they will let you down
