Our family member received excellent nursing care. They were seen by the palliative care team as their condition was non-treatable; but holistically managed she was treated with dignity and respect at all times.
She was turned regularly and spoke to kindly. We as relatives were also made very comfortable and at ease. I was greatly impressed how the nurses treated all the patients in our bay also.

Staff were amazing from point of contact from reception, through nursing, through to theatre. Harry/staff nurse was adorable, so informative and attentive. Such a great team.
Even when you hear the conversations from your hospital bed from staff it sounds positive, encouraging and efficient. Thank you :-).

The nurses were brilliant, friendly clear on hand at all times.
1 chap doing endoscopy tended to speak whilst turned away from me. Also when in extreme pain he was very matter o fact could have been a bit more patient/friendly.
