It was most helpful. I felt my problem was listened to. Questioned and that it mattered in relation to my problem.
Great interaction, relevant to me and my activities. The advice on how to correct things for my well being. Pleasant manner, warm, helped me to relax and listen to advice which I will act on.

I brought my son to A and E, he was immediately taken to Resus within minutes of arriving. The attention was 100% I was clearly updated throughout when arriving at Asper ward, the attention again was 100%. I have been really impressed with the fantastic team, care and attention. Thanks all so much.
