Sensitive to needs.
TV very good idea and good sound level.
Clean.
Water available.
Refreshment offered.

I cannot fault anything. We feel lucky and blessed that the services of the NICU and it's incredible team were there for us in our most urgent time of need. All the staff were knowledgeable, compassionate and assertive which made us feel in control and reassured.
