The team gave a good level of clinical care. They were very efficient, responsive and 'user friendly' both day and night staff. I was very satisfied with my care. A little disappointed at wait to go to theatre (5 hours) but understand the pressures.

The doctor who checked her on her first morning did not seem to be aware of her history in the NICU.
The nurses were amazing and very attentive but were able to read the situation well in terms of what help cannot in some cases we required.

Lovely cheerful staff, from the first encounter to the last. Had a wonderful treatment from Pat Miles, she contacted orthopaedics and re-positioned my brace, making it so much more comfortable. She also gave additional advice and really put my mind at ease.

The care here was amazing. Was treated with great respect, funs of love and plenty of positive attitudes! The ward was small and staff were great at giving space but being there when needed immediately. There were a lot of probs with maintenance, getting lights fixed even though staff asked continuously.
