I was admitted and discharged 3 times in one week. I am 89 years old, discharged to no-one at home my daughters were told I was well and then was readmitted 3 hours later with pneumonia, she was then discharged again and returned having fallen due to lack of information being passed to the enablement team and readmitted. I was then discharged again having been told that although I have not been able to move independently for the last 15 years I am independently mobile.

- all staff very respectful and maintain all appropriate protocols at all times. - letting family help with food etc. is very reassuring. - speedy reactions to changes in condition are impressive.
