Good - Staff/patient care. Staff anticipate our needs and do a good job. Bad - One staff switched off lights early evening when we were having a group discussion - not wanting to go to sleep.

It is not the medical expertise that was the problem but the attitude of the nurses, offhand ignorants. Not many smiles. Food not too bad.

Heron ward was well organised and comfortable during the day but very cold at night that I was unable to sleep.

You do not get paid enough money for the job you do. I think the government should put more money into the NHS and their staff. For the wonderful jobs you all do.

I can't think of a fault! (apart from being moved about rather a lot!). The nurses were patient and personal and kind. I take my hat off to them! The food was pretty darn good too!

I feel that the nurses and consultants treat patients the same showing care and compassion, the wards are kept clean and tidy. I would just like to name some nurses that were very professional: Trudy Turner, Pegeh Keyhan, Alvin, Cass Walia.
