1) It was all good 2) The night time cover was exceedingly goof on SAU unlike some other N.T.C experiences on other wards @ St, Peters. 3) On this occasion there were significant probs with bookings dept. Originally no letter read but had AC all from pre-assessment saying I was due to come in on 11/9/13 @ 7.30.

- Over all very good. Better than 2 years ago when my father of 90 years was here. Improvements: 1) Consultant: to give you his name 2) Ask u if your bowel has worked and give you laxative. Especially older patience can develop complications that will lead to their death, as was the case of my father

The staff have been fantastic very friendly and efficient. The communication from the doctors to the nursing staff and patients could, at times, be clearer.

There was no waiting around if you had a problem. They came straight away and you were made to feel relaxed.
