Very helpful, professional advice & care from midwives/ staff. The pack of info in envelope to take home is v helpful as when one's sleep deprived you don't remember verbal advice you're given. The ward was so very hot that even though baby slept, I couldn't.

All the staff have been very caring and have tried to minimise my pain and suffering. - I cannot fault them in any way, they are quite wonderful.

The staff are very careing & professional. Sometimes they do not understand the need but take the time to ask to make the best is done! Excellent

Everything I experienced at St Peters was far beyond my expectations as my last time in hospital was nearly 40 years ago. And I most be honest, with all news reports on the NHS.I wasnt looking forward to this visit, no need to have worried! Perfect!

The staff were all very caring and prompt with drugs etc. I feel there could be more staff on evenings & nights because when people come in from A&E there is a lot to do. M.A.U.

Everyone so helpful - doctors keep you updated. Nurses cared with care. Caterers & other staff so diligent. Food extremely good. All round good team

Very polite, helpfull staff, and witnessing the Portuguese nurse being verbally abused and dealing with the matter with a smile & politeness, goes far and beyond. I admire you all greatly.
