I was shown great support and comfort, and so much understanding, while I was at my lowest ebb. Staff were willing to go out of there way, as long as there job dictated to help me with my needs.

Most of the staff were hard working especially care staff However there was no communication between nurse + doctors. When I have a concern nurses or doctors did not get back to me and I was even given wrong information what caused stress. There doesn´t seem to be any joined up thinking between them at any time I flet very vulnerable and unsafe.

Nurses have been very friendly and kind. Being woken in the night more gently for medicine rather than just your lamp switched on in your face, waking you with a fright.

Very quick through A&E and very thorough and professional in the care unit very pleasant, friendly staff. Thank you! Improved - very noisy at night with other patients which didn't help sleep
