Met by 'Caroline' on time for my appointment in pain clinic.
Very thorough, helpful, professional gave me I believe extra tips about tens machine.
I was able to discuss my anxieties re pain with her.
Nothing to be improved with pain appointment.

The waiting time could be improved was in waiting area 4 hours and before being seen/ examined and the immobilised with neck brace for x-ray.

Excellent care, excellent staff, polite, efficient, caring.
The mental health and help side in A&E is not good. A lot of improvement needs to be made on that.
