I was seen quickly within minutes of appt. time. The blood test was done in the same place as check-in which sped things up too.

Prompt, courteous and cheerful.
Great improvement not having to go to different departments for blood samples - used to be very embarrassing "jumping the queue".

A very courteous and caring staff from reception to the clinical physiologist who attended to me.
