Everyone was individual so had their own adaptable programme. It allowed me to gain more confidence in my own exercise routine and improved my mental state as it gave me a reason to get out of the house twice a week whilst off work.
Good nurses.
Lots of waiting.
I think, possibly, a little more contact between rehab team and myself in period between leaving hospital and starting course would have been good, although I realize I was meant to be getting total rest (which I find hard).
The best thing about the course are the whole cardiac risk team, very professional, very friendly, very helpful. I am finishing the course in a very positive frame of mind, determined to look after my heart and my stents as this is the least I can do after all the fantastic care I have received.
I thought time, kindness was good.
Also treated very well.
The only real swag is that the patients are not great conversationalists.
The staff are great. The best are those who ask questions rather than issuing commands.
I marked cleanliness does because the shower does not work.
Extremely enjoyable rehab course (12 sessions) supervised by caring and cheerful staff.
Extremely caring and kind always willing to help.
