Everyone was fantastic especially Effie. I was looked after and kept informed throughout my visit. The tea and biscuits were particularly nice. The unit was clean and tidy and the staff worked efficiently. From where I was sitting, I could hear lots of jokes and laughter which to me showed a really happy team.
