I have been treated at St Peter’s as a patient in both A&E/AECU/MAU, transferred from London St George’s, Nuffield Orthopeadic Centre NOC Oxford as both outpatient and inpatient numerous times in my years and can say quite honestly, with 100% conviction they’ve saved my life on two occasions to date.
Although, to balance it out, they almost caused my death after a poorly conducted operative procedure. Thankfully, some quick thinking saved the situation from certain disaster.
In recent years I have noticed a significant positive change in many areas of the hospital. Not only in the long overdue cleanliness of the establishment, but also in their attention to detail in administration and general communication both internal and external facets.
I can understand why St Peter’s have received some bad press over the past five plus years, with MRSA and other similarly life threatening viruses that have been oh so easily acquired during those dreadful years. But let me assure you, currently there are so many measures in place, you’d be incredibly unlucky, or simply not adhering to the most basic of repeat opportunities to utilise sanitiser gel, face masks, impregnated wipes and so on to acquire any of the current killer viruses
Lovely people. Treated extremely well and was made to feel safe and welcome in a time that I wasn’t feeling my greatest.
I received truly excellent care from the all members of staff during a busy time. All the staff in the UTC and A&E departments were outstanding. Thank you

There was a 3 hour wait for xray on a Sunday but it was not serious, all the same quite long for a 5 year old.
Exceptional service from nurse Pat who was so caring and understanding with our son, a credit to the NHS.
The staff were outstanding in every way. I didn’t have a care plan until after my treatment
Staff polite and effective.
I came with my five year old who had hurt his head and was very apprehensive. He was treated very kindly at every stage - on entry, during triage and when we were seen. We were in and out within the hour and given clear advice. He was made to feel calm and confident and was complimented about his behaviour which was so kind and made him very proud.
