Staff were very kind, understanding and professional and kept me informed about procedures taking place i.e blood transfusions etc.
Attentive staff kindness and tolerance, caring to ask if any help required and making me comfortable and answering questions or asking on my behalf how can this be improved? The system is working.

The after 'OP' care was very good. Having watershed staff when patients were due to be discharged there seemed to be a long jam invoking the pharmacy this was also the care with myself.
Felt like a person, getting personal attention, and not just anonymous patient on ward.

Waiting time for scan long. Staff slow to insert cannuler. Difficulty in inserting it (2 attempts). Scan fine. After scan, left to sit and wait to see if reach on to dye. Nobody rehi med to see me. I had to find member of staff.
Improvement:
Keep patients in waiting area informed and at least check on the number of patients in waiting area.
This has been an issue for a long time now.
