My care was catered to my needs always. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel comfortable and able to ask abut my future needs the carers were knowledgeable and encouraging. They had a dear understanding of how I was feeling and I am very grateful.

Everything was good.
This team is well led and all the staff communicate well and treated my mum with dignity.
They were supportive and coaxed her to improve mobility. This was amazing. I am so grateful that my mum was given this chance to improve.

Everything.
1st visit - nurse and physio-really helpful, showed exercises.
2nd visit - OT, ordered venous equipment, really helpful.
Then a visits from venous OT's, very helpful, understanding and encouraging and supportive.
