Care was most appropriate to my achilles rupture.
Consideration was given to my physical limitations and resulted in very helpful exercise regime. Care really helped me progress and do things for myself.

I have been receiving advice, encouragement and great exercises to avail recovery from a torn palette tender.
Both Lean and Ryond approach have been supportive and informative.
The result is a great recovery. The booking system and staff have made the recovery easier.
