Organized team led by nurse sister on duty very kind, explained nicely and very passionate.
Food no complaints at all.
Housekeeping lady very efficient too.
Overall good care.

Everything was very good. (Some music would be good in helping). Food. Treatment. Bed a bit hard sometimes. Understanding what was said by some staff. But everything else was very good.

On arrival at Birchward yesterday I was put in a side room on my own, when I asked to be moved to a ward to be with other patients and almost immediately was given a bed in Birch. I found the nursing and are absolutely first class.
