Everything in every way was fantastic in fact brilliant.
Staff all very helpful and attentive. Finally getting some answers after 1 year of illness on and off.
- Playroom locked over night - not ideal when unhappy awake 2 year old.
- Does not feel 'safe' environment when dealing with food allergy baby in relation to messy share tables.
All staff have been amazing.
So helpful and quick to get things that is bottles, medicine, food etc.
Thank you all.
Very friendly, listened to my concerned.
I was admitted to St Peter's,having arrived via ambulance to A and E,with an infected vault haematoma following a hysterectomy. My stay was from 07 to 09 February.
I spent 08 on the vascular ward before being moved to Kingfisher overnight into 09.
All of the staff from the paramedics, the nurses in A and E and on the ward, the doctors and the porters were absolutely lovely. They looked after me so well, took their time with me,answered questions and reassured me. I cannot thank them enough, they were and are wonderful.
I've submitted this via the Blance Heriot unit who also do a fantastic job, especially Paula and Dr. Prichard.
I hope this will be passed on to the staff on the wards I mentioned and in A and E and the ambulance service. Many thanks.
I would love to thank the entire team, phenomenal work,
The staff here are all amazing and so supportive and have made the beginning of our long journey easier. They have taught and made me feel confident by the day looking after my son.
I can not thank them enough.
Amazing care from wonderful staff. Was made to feel very at home from the start. Great communication throughout Oscar’s stay from nurses and doctors. NICU environment very friendly. Only recommendations for improvement would be to have some sort of entertainment (tv/radio) in the pumping room as it’s fairly boring/depressing pumping staring at the wall
