Kind and explained everything to me. I was very nervous and they talked to me and calmed me down. All the nurses and staff very brilliant. Very good care and service. Thank you.

Had to wait over an hour. Blood test dept- so slow!! Almost 10 mins per patient - only 1 nurse taking blood tests! Come on St Peters great hospt. But you need to address this dept - 2 more nurses needed please!

Total waste of time, yours and mine, enema not strong enough to carry out procedure, so having to come back again to have a double enema administered here - not happy!

The waiting was over 4 hours to see my son after he was brought to A&E by ambulance, absolutely disgusting, unacceptable behaviour, no body comes to asked anything or give you an indication of how long it will take, them when I went to asked I was told we don't know
No good enough to be treated like that as if I was begging to get my son seen by a doctor

I came with my 36 year old son he was struggling to breath , he was kept waiting for 6.5 hours i have asthma and we'll aware of the right chest and how exhausting it was for him. He had xray.each and blood test but nothing to help him breath. We had said that he had been like it all day we arrived at 9.30on and left at 4am. My son had been up since 5am the previous day. I wouldn't recommend st Peter's as you are unable to deal with the patient numbers.
It may have been less stressful if the seats were more comfortable. My son looked worse than when we first arrived i came with him because I was so worried about him.
I asked why they didn't offer him oxygen but they felt it no needed but they did everything but ease his breathing.
We were not kept up date and could not meet our expectation but just letting us know how much longer we would have to wait.

Where do I start! Time keeping excellent. Bedside manner brilliant. Presentation and cleanliness of staff and department excellent! One of the best experiences in a hospital (as far as they go) due to circumstances.
