Staff were caring and understanding and polite and professional.However, your aims were not met!
1. See you in a timely way -waited 6 hours before being seen by a Dr (brought in by ambulance as well).
2. Manage your pain - not addressed at all despite complaining repeatedly.
3. Very elderly lady 91 years needed more speedy treatment and quicker discharge as very tiring and exhausting.
4. Insufficient explanation given and time for understanding.
