The team were fantastic treated everyone with compassion dignity and respect.
Kept everyone fully informed at what was happening and always enquired if you were okay.
And a final nice touch was the sandwich at lunch time.

Please, please can the doors be given urgent attention?
The noise from them crashing open and shut is dreadful and goes on throughout the whole day until late.
