Waited 45 minutes for ecg, by then symptoms had subsided and another 45 minutes to see a doctor .

My initial assessment in UTC was quick, friendly & very professional. I was then taken to A&E & although I was there for 7 hours everyone from Receptionist to all medical staff were helpful, friendly & professional in a busy day. They were very thorough & explained everything.
Suggested improvements
Only negative is that on my doctors letter & prescription they used another patient's name in a paragraph although my full details were correct at the top of the documents.

My son received great care, from start to finish. Staff were empathetic to me carrying him or wanting him to stay as calm as possible and didn’t ask me to move unnecessarily.
Suggested improvements
I always find the waiting and treatment rooms very cold, demotivating and uncaring and I think people would feel and behave very differently if the space was designed for the wellbeing of humans (rather than just for performing functions).

The severity of my cardiac issues were dealt with most promptly and professionally.
I cannot praise the entire spectrum of medical professionals that to care of me, and still do enough as they have given their all.
A huge big thank you to you all at St. Peters but also At Saint George's University Hospital in Tooting.

The service and care i recieved was outstanding. The compassion and care shown by Nurse Sam was above and beyond. I cannot thank the team enough
