Everyone that came to look after my husband was kind, considerate and caring. Also very understanding and knowledgeable of all his needs.

Suggested improvements
For us nothing could have been done any better. The help was amazing.

Review of St Peter's Hospice - Community Team

The help and support given when it arrived was wonderful but we had to reach crisis point before it came. And even then we only had one guaranteed visit a day. But the staff were amazing, providing support for the family as much as for my mum.

Suggested improvements
My mum wanted to die at home and I was shocked to find that there was so little help and support out there. The hospice at home team were fabulous but until they arrived, 5 days before mums death, we were very much alone. It was frightening, exhausting and by far the worst experience of my life. There needs to be more help for people in our situation.

The staff are treating not only my mother with tremendous care but also the rest of the family at this difficult time.

Suggested improvements
The period of time is a difficult one. We have heard a few different 'time of deaths which is obviously stressful. We understand at the same time, this must be very difficult to predict.
