I have never been to the hospice but have had numerous phone calls. The staff, every single one I spoke to were so lovely and took the time to talk things through with me.
Suggested improvements
The staff could not have done anything better, they were/are very caring and take the time to listen.

Staff were very helpful, polite, and professional. Very obliging and nothing was too much.
Suggested improvements
Possibly answer buzzer a bit more promptly but appreciate the business of the unit.

Only a few phone consultants/F2f visits so far. So nothing much to add here.
