My care as in using your bereavement and counselling services was excellent, and in my view needs no improvement, as was the care you gave my wife in her final week.

Providing an invaluable service through the hospice at home. Supporting the patient aswell as the family. Improvement: Keep the family clearly informed about the level of support which can be given at all times.

My husband was looked after very well indeed. I found the staff very caring, sympathetic and very dedicated. The environment was as happy a place as it could be in the circumstances and everyone was so courteous. The only criticism would be that my husband, David Hails died 19 weeks ago, and I feel this from my opinion of the series offered to him should have been asked as soon as he left your care.

Dealt with compassion. Felt included and cared for. Able to talk things over especially my problems, so that I felt a lot calmer about the outcome of my illness.

I saw Gloria for some help with bereavement and I thought her level of involvement/ conversation was about right for me. She was a good listener as well. Car parking is not always easy.
