Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a family member

I think wives have been crowded here. Neither I or my late husband received in patient care at St Peters hospice. My late husband did receive visits from Martin Bell on several occasions at home. He was excellent. Mrs A Hooper.

Only thing that could be improved is when in double room to be taken to another protected space for confidential conversation with doctor. Found recent discussion with doctor difficult as knew other person in room could overhear.

Slower pace than NHS. People have time for you. Staff member sat with me for 15 mins after I'd been sick. Could be quieter - noise of people talking in the corridor and high heels clicking on wooden floor.
