Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel that way about the food provided. There are different meal choices added to the menu that patient can choose from. Patient can ask staff for support if need be. There is also food tasting session organised by apettito to help patient choose the food they like. Patient are supported to cook their own food with the OT or carers

Thank you for the feedback and sorry for not a good experience regarding the food. There are so many other food choices on the menue for patients to choose, please try different ones. staff are there to support you if you encounter any difficulties in doing this. There are food tasting seesions held by appetitto and patients are encouraged to take part in this to give feedback which this helps with improving the menu and also add more food choices to the menu.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry feel this way, SMH ensures that all patients are involved in their care, indecision concerning their life and provide information to patients to empower them in making informed choices and decisions. I will encourage you to list all areas that you feel less involved in your care to your next ward round and MDT will supoort you with it. Regarding the drug test, I am sorry you feel accused, SMH uses a drug test cup which are sealed and opened only for the patient to use and nothing is added to determine result because it self generate the result.

Than you for your feedback, I am sorry you feel a bit unsafe and the food is not the best, staff are always available to discuss any issues that makes you feel unsafe on the ward and this will be discussed further in MDT ward round. Regarding the food, please try other foods on the menu and staff are available to support you to cook any meals that you may like. I am also sorry you feel that way about your injection, please make a list of all your wishes and they will be discuss at the MDT ward round.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel this way about your treatment but the is one of the reasons MDT ward round is held for every patient to discuss thier treatment. This will be discussed at the next MDT with you on your next ward round. Regarding the food, Appetito will be informed, and there are food cooking sessions held on the ward that can help and support you to cook the food you would like to eat as part of your rehabilitation. Patients have agreed that Friday is the official day for take away but you can get take away any day when you speak to the NIC and there is staff to facilitate it
