The care is very good for supporting my journey to becoming more independent it is allowing me to gain more understanding of my diagnosis and I am getting fantastic knowledge from my OT Colette Johnson who is very passionate about her work. I am growing in confidence due to the care being received and feeling like I'm making great progress. I don't feel the service needs to be improved at all I think the team are cooperating brilliantly and are working to the best of their abilities.

Given how common and widespread.
As and similar conditions are I'm disappointed how infrequent care visits are be it professional Dr. appointments or other events.

Making new friends, being able to have fun with people I've never met before.
Being able to socialize with people who have the same disability as me.
I don't feel like anything could be improved.

Friendly but professional approach put me at ease as I felt safe they knew how to help psychology sessions were tailored to my needs and what I was comfortable with talking about would highly recommend this support.

The care I am getting is amazing its allowing me to move forward in my life and I am being supported through the process and without the support it would be very difficult for me to progress. The service is performing brilliantly I don't feel anything needs to be improved. The staff are amazing I wouldn't be where I am without them.

The staff and people who attend/run the group have been good.
The groups have helped me to make friends and get out of the house.
