The care is very good for supporting my journey to becoming more independent it is allowing me to gain more understanding of my diagnosis and I am getting fantastic knowledge from my OT Colette Johnson who is very passionate about her work. I am growing in confidence due to the care being received and feeling like I'm making great progress. I don't feel the service needs to be improved at all I think the team are cooperating brilliantly and are working to the best of their abilities.
