All staff were polite, kind, helpful, courteous, extremely professional. We came in on a very busy Saturday evening and at no time was there any sign, despite the fact that the staff were so busy, that they had to rush. They took the case history very carefully and were excellent at listening as well as at explaining what was wrong. Grateful thanks to all.

The availability of other staff from different services who chat with patients same day eg dietitian, specialist nurses. The recent introduction of telephone clinic appointments is excellent, its difficult to get to Leeds from Huddersfield when my Crohns is very active.
