All staff were polite, kind, helpful, courteous, extremely professional. We came in on a very busy Saturday evening and at no time was there any sign, despite the fact that the staff were so busy, that they had to rush. They took the case history very carefully and were excellent at listening as well as at explaining what was wrong. Grateful thanks to all.
