The room was comfortable and clean howver the bulky furniture didnt allow me access to the wardrobe.I am a able 50 year old but unfortunately I couldn't move the large chair due to surgery.Nurses were available to help but if the furnture were lighter it would have been easier for me to move as a patient.
The inside of the wardrobe was needing some attention as the plastic edging was coming away from the shelves.

The nursing care was great with friendly and approachable staff.
In my case the theatre recovery nurse stayed on for nearly 2 hours beyond her normal duty to ensure that I received the nursing care I needed in recovery. I am very grateful to her.
My experience of physiotherapy has also been excellent.

Minor suggestion the children's play area should have a few more learning toys and reading books.

I had super treatment by my consultant. The hospital however let the service down. No real privacy.....only a curtain separating you from other patients and general area. The nurses who were assigned that morning and afternoon seemed very stressed and not happy. Nearly to the point of rudeness.

Staff are always friendly and helfpul. The surgery team were great and made me feel relaxed and very taken care of. The hospital is always clean and run efficiently every time i have attended out-patient or in-patient treatment/appointments.

The hospital is clean and there are ample parking facilities.
The staff are always respectful & polite, and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Everyone involved in my treatment & care has been wonderful. Thankyou.
