I was operated by Dr Arora and the rhinoplasty operation was handled really well and amazingly. I feel so happy with the outcome of my rhinoplasty surgery and the experience was truely magical. Dr Arora took real good care of me and was very professional and amazing in his role. I had major breathing isssies and my right side of nose was completely damaged and unbreathable. Furthermore, I had a bump on my nose that I wa sleep really insecure about but now Dr Arora has given me a chance to look back at my nose and be happy with the outcome as my breathing issues are dealt with amazingly and also my bump being removed perfectly. All the credit goes to Dr Arora as his been absolutely amazing in his role and gave me a reason to experience my new and improved nose from the Rhinoplasty surgery. Also very thankful for the Sandwell hospital for allowing this surgery and great care and hospitality they gave to me. Everyone was very professional and helped me a lot throughout the theatre and surgery. Once again I would like to thank Dr Arora very much.

I received first class care recently before, during and after surgery. Staff were caring and I felt confident that I was going to be taken care of. Thank you all. The only downfall was the discharge process. I waited all day to see if I was allowed to go home. Communication about discharge was non existent.

The care I received from all members of staff from consultants, nurses, porters, anaesthetist, to the domestic staff (who cleaned and served food) was extremely good. I was very impressed on the checking of making sure they had the right person. This was done numerous times when I was going down and when in the operating theatre areas. I can’t fault the quality of my care and I can’t thank everyone involved enough.

I like the promped ness of my surgery it was very impresive, and the staffs were very nice and helpful. And the after care was very good, All the staff I came across Nurses, Pre-accessment staff and Drs, were very informative and helpful. Getting a few more caring and helpyful staff and would improve the hospital on a whole, compeared to some other hospitals it is doing a Great job for its patients.

The check in system newly installed did not work - that was about 4 machines and so one poor lady had to do all the checking in which meant lots of people late for appointments, but for me it was a 5 minute delay but had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, but had brought a book. The walls needed repainting and generally needed some TLC. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile at all times.
