Tracey Horley has been an amazing support in. The care and treatment (and support to wife) during my last monghts. The truth have been at the end of the phone and have visited on a regular basis, all questions answered and acted on.
Suggested improvements
I spoke to my husband (patient) who answered the questions but I wife (+carer) completed the form. Julie Lotthoose has followed up promptly with all equipment needed in the most efficient way.

Staff were kind and caring, and valued you as an individual person, not just 'a patient'. They listened to you concerns and gave your good advice.
I had confidence on them that they know what they were doing.
Suggested improvements
One small point - very occassionally one or two nurses would have an abrupt manner.
This was just their personality, but especially in the early hours, put you off asking for the help you needed as you felt you were being a brother.
