Staff were kind and caring, and valued you as an individual person, not just 'a patient'. They listened to you concerns and gave your good advice. I had confidence on them that they know what they were doing.

One small point - very occassionally one or two nurses would have an abrupt manner. This was just their personality, but especially in the early hours, put you off asking for the help you needed as you felt you were being a brother.
