Thank you sincerely to all staff that gave my darling Patrick to deep love and care that was shown to him. I too received the best comfort anyone could wish.
Suggested improvements
For it was my wish to have Patrick as home but I felt all was more than done to achieve this on your behalf “every one of you will always have a place in my heart.

The visits have come just at the right time, relaxing and grounding when so much stress and a lot of things going on a round us.

All the staff are kind and compassionate to my situation and help whenever they can.
Suggested improvements
My only issue is sadly the noise at night in my ward . There are some patients who break very loudly at night. Maybe 'ear-plugs' could be provided to help sleep.
