Reassurance from lots of people. Attentive support workers - [name removed] and [name removed] in particular have been excellent. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

every thing was very good apart from the tape used to seal my bandage under my ear lobe, was to tight, under my ear, and after a few hours caused pain, until I was able to release the tape. All was well after this.

A little more care needed in placing the tape. other wise all was well.
