The nurses on the ward were brilliant. Unfortunately communication between consultants/specialist nurses was poor leading to false information being given causing confusion and upset for our family.

Better communication. Listen to parents concerns the first time before a situation has the chance to worsen.

Nice clean area, seen quick to start but then a wait for results

As we had to wait over 4 hours till he we t down but no one spoke to us or told us it would be this long. more info is needed as we sat there watching others come in after us and going before us really frustrating.

More updates and time lines - nurse and docs working together as son give choice but that was taken away again.
