Doctors and nurses were all very caring and explained everything to me. Any concerns I had were addressed. Absolutely portering, cleaners, kitchen staff were all very nice.
Suggested improvements
Maybe have the same doctor see you, even to it was a member of the consultant team rather than on stand-in doctor who was not familiar with your case. This is just a minor comment.

Treated well by all the staff, kept me comfortable.
Suggested improvements
My little daughter (2 years old) has not always to come in with my husband, we have no one that could look after my daughter, as a result my husband could not came into see the baby.

ll nurses especially Mangone, Isabella, Lillian and Adnan did a great job really showed me love and kindness.
Suggested improvements
When doing handover respect patients who are still asleep. We do not sleep well at night so being loud and opening curtains is quite rude.
