Most of the { } are amazing, they care about the baby and keep us informed. We received a great support during the whole stay including by the doctors. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
The Nurse in charge could check more often on some of the staff (not many in our experience but still) to enable that all good smoothly.

Excellent nursing care was provided to our baby. Both myself and husband felt very supported by team and as difficult as it was to leave him at night the nursing team made us very comfortable and confident thank you so much!
Suggested improvements
At times poor communication between medics regarding babies DDH. Had to repeatedly follow this up myself for 5 days with differing answers given everyday. Eventually sorted by consultant so we are grateful for this.

I was given information when I asked and treated with the utmost respect by all.

There was a mix-up about the doctor who was conducting my colonoscopy but this was informed.

Domestics need to start knocking on door before entering especially male domestics. I have told them plenty times. Doctors do not listen! They do not know how to help me! Patronizing! Reparative.
