The treatment and tests were done very well and on time but no information was given on the last result until it was late on the next day. The waiting was so much and could be done better next time.

I was treated with dignity,care and respect by the nurse i saw and in particular by Mr Chin who asked relevant questions and listened to me. He asked my opinion about the plan and recorded it via a dictaphone. His sense of humour always puts me at ease

Suggested improvements
The only thing ive noticed at this,and other appointments is that the reception staff are somewhat dismissive. Ive never received a welcome or a hello from them which is unusual when compared to other services ive used and if you compare to the blood testing staff that ive seen in this area before.

I was looked after by the Nursing staff, porters, cleaners and caterers really well. Everyone of them is a redit to the NHS and delightful people.

Senior nurse were great. 1 paticular nurse in pale blue uniform was useless. Couldn't understand at all and with a mask on. My mum didn't have a bed she was put by the window ,which is OK as a Emergency. The purse got water and just stood there asking my daughter what to do with it. As there was no side table, no locker or anything. Didn't have a clue. Took blood presure it was high then just stood there for about 2mins looking at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

EVERY ONE COMMUNICATE DOSNT MATTER WHICH DEPARTMENT YOU ARE IN AT THE HOSPITAL TALK. DISCHARGED AT 10AM I HAD TO SIT ON THE EDGE OF BED ALL DAY LONG. NO CHAIR AS I WAS STILL BY THE WINDOW WITH NO LOCKER NO TABLE. IF YOU GET ADMITTED SAY 630ISH THE STAFF NURSES ATTITUDE IS THE NEXT SHIFT CAN DO THAT
