Compared to past experience at Newham General this time we felt a lot more comfortable and relaxed. Midwives Anna was absolutely brilliant and we would like to thank her for providing extremely useful information about our badly and aftercare. All members of staff were polite and respectful.
Suggested improvements
Only suggestion would be to provide bit more efficiently and carry our baby checks bit more sooner. Also partner could have been provided with a recliner chair to make it more comfortable.
