Nurse led Hysteroscopy clinic, I was nervous when I went for the smear but the gynaecologist Barma and her colleagues Michelle and Mercy talked me through everything. Even the mirena coil was painless and took very little time to insert. I am very thankful to all of them for getting me through everything today.

The treatment I received today was first class, Bama really explained the procedure and what was going to happen and Lois and Riahanan both kept talking to me throughout which really put me at ease, Thankyou.

I waited 10 hours for a doctor that was incompetent in Majors B department. He was dismissive of my symptoms.

The relevant department should have been informed about why I was referred by my doctor as an emergency. Also a more competent doctor would have been useful.
