The whole unit was fantastic there was music while I waited to have my colonoscopy which I enjoyed.

The service was excellet, I am very confident to return to this unit if I ever had to. Dr. Fox! His team ere amazing.

Reception - very poor in greeting patients. Didn ot get how can I help you? Just very curt, rude initial point needs to be friendly.
Suggested improvements
Greeted patients with a friendly, greeting not just name address etc. These was no hello. Very poor!!! No communication from nurses!!!

When we arrived at treatment room 21, the nurses did not speak or acknowledge that we was there I stood outside the door for 5 minutes being lookd at but ignored.
